Traditional Office Visits
About the Service:
Face-to-face traditional office setting. If you find this option convenient and preferable, Dr. Cherwony is available for traditional office visits.
Steps:
Schedule an appointment by phone or email. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete paperwork or complete forms online here. Keep in mind that you will be billed for your appointment unless cancellation is made 24 hours in advance.
Email Consultation
About the Service:
Research shows that putting your feelings, thoughts, and concerns into words is a therapeutic technique. You have the option to respond to a question or suggestion at your own pace without feeling pressured. Emails are convenient and a time-efficient option.
Each email is treated with the utmost confidentiality and a carefully considered response will be provided within 48 hours of receipt.
Note: I may ask you to clarify or provide further information to me so I may best understand your situation or concern. There will be no additional cost to you for providing further information.
Steps:
Email Dr. Cherwony at drheidic@mindandbodydoctor.com. An invoice will be emailed to you. Once payment has been received, Dr. Cherwony will respond to your email within 48 hours.
Telephone Consultation
About the Service:
At times, a session in person is not possible or convenient. Dr. Cherwony will provide consultations by telephone at her discretion.
Note: Mind and Body Doctor is not responsible for applicable long-distance charges. This does not include any charges for the airtime you may incur such as cell phone minutes.
